Two stations. One extraordinary origin.
100% Arabica Red Bourbon, hand-picked and meticulously processed to bring out the true voice of Rwandan terroir.
Two regions in the Land of a Thousand Hills.
Juru Coffee Rwanda produces exceptional premium quality coffee from two distinct coffee-growing regions, each offering unique terroir and cup characteristics.
Our Kayonza Station, in Rwanda's Eastern Province near the Tanzanian border and Akagera National Park, sources coffee from our 15-hectare single-estate farm as well as carefully selected neighboring smallholder farmers. Here we cultivate Arabica Red Bourbon at elevations of approximately 1,400–1,900 meters, where warm days, cool nights, and fertile soils produce coffees with vibrant citrus acidity, delicate fruit notes, and a smooth, silky finish.
Our Rulindo Station, in Rwanda's Northern Province, farms 9 hectares at elevations reaching 2,200 meters, where abundant rainfall, volcanic soils, and a coffee-growing tradition dating back to the 1920s create ideal conditions. The high altitude and cool climate contribute to coffees with remarkable sweetness, complexity, bright acidity, and elegant floral and stone fruit characteristics.
Together, these two stations allow Juru Coffee Rwanda to showcase the diversity of Rwanda's coffee landscapes while maintaining our commitment to quality, sustainability, and traceability — from farm to cup. Every processing method we offer is available at both locations.
